So delicious! We had the cheese wheel pasta, Tuscany pizza No 2, and 3 tiramisu. All of them were fantastic. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, the waitresses and waiters were very kind and attentive, and the food was some of the best we’ve had in Italy. The menu is also very well labeled for different dietary restrictions and preferences (vegetarian, pork, spicy, etc.) Highly recommend!

We had two pizza,pasta with black truffle, and beef cheek. Everything was very good. It was fun to see how pasta and cheese were mixed live.
A great find! Their dishes are flavorful and plentiful. On downtown a short walk from the Duomo. Save room for their tiramisu: best to choose the mix tiramisu to experience all. Recommended
I ordered draft Dolomiti beer, a pizza, and a glass of Chianti wine. I’m not an expert on pizza, but I liked it very much. I had the Neapolitan with anchovies. The beer was chilled and had a nice foam. I was served by two charming young ladies. The service was quick. The bottle of wine was shown to me before pouring. The place also offers pasta prepared directly in the middle of a large wheel of cheese. It’s an interesting sight. The coperto is 3 euros.
A Solid 4 Out of 5 Dining Experience We had dinner at La Bussoal on our last night in Florence. My partner discovered this restaurant on Google, thanks to its excellent reviews. We made an online reservation in advance. My partner ordered the Florentine steak, while I opted for the grilled octopus as my main dish. One of the best features of the menu is the option to order the Florentine steak for one person, which is particularly helpful since portion sizes at other restaurants can be quite large. This option is great for couples, especially if one person isn't a steak lover. The food was delicious, but I found the service to be just mediocre. We were seated indoors, although outdoor seating was also available. We left around 8 PM, and the restaurant was quite busy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I recommend giving it a try!

The pizza was cooked to perfection in a traditional oven that you can actually see from the dining room. The crust had that ideal balance of crisp and chew, with just the right hint of smokiness that only a real wood-fired oven can deliver. It’s clear that a lot of passion and craft goes into every pie. You could tell that only fresh, high-quality ingredients were used across the board, and that a lot of care went into every plate. For dessert my husband had the amaretto reduction tiramisu & I had the fresh strawberries & gelato. The amaretto reduction tiramisu was outstanding! The strawberries were sweet & delicious. The gelato added a creamy contrast that was decadent. Whether you're looking for a quiet dinner, a date night spot, or just a place to treat yourself, this restaurant is more than worth the visit. Amazing pizza, family business everything including the service was perfect. Every time we come to Florence we will definitely come to this restaurant. We had three days in Florence and we visited here for pizzas for two meals. That’s how much we liked it.

Very polite and professional waiters. Fast and high-quality service. You can taste delicious traditional Italian dishes at a reasonable price. A big advantage is that the restaurant has a pizza menu. Therefore, it is convenient to feed children when they do not want to eat anything. Very tasty pizza!
